We don’t believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach to fitness.
We understand that everyone is built differently and has a different movement history. Our coaches are extremely experienced and our training sessions are designed to be adaptable to suit your individual needs and abilities.
Our goal as a Functional Training Gym is to actually understand how your body functions first, and then build to improve on that function. We believe you shouldn’t aim to just be stronger, fitter, or more flexi but aim to improve in all 3 and become (as some would say) a functional badass.
We value higher quality of functional movement over dysfunctional quantity. This means we make sure you move well before you move often. We will never throw you into a group-training environment that is beyond your abilities.
