Since 2012, Jordan Hodge has been committed to helping people become more confident in their bodies. As a Director at The Movement, he brings leadership and a wealth of expertise to his clients, drawing from his diplomas in Personal Training and Exercise Prescription. Jordan’s advanced knowledge of movement mechanics and recovery has earned him the trust of numerous NRL teams, who rely on his sports massage techniques to enhance their recovery and performance.

Jordan employs a unique approach by incorporating remedial and sports massage into his personal training sessions. This method encourages optimal movement mechanics before introducing load and speed, ensuring clients achieve their desired results safely and efficiently. He recognises that movement dysfunction is a major cause of pain and is dedicated to helping clients navigate their way towards stronger, fitter, and more freely moving bodies.
