This class is designed to increase your functional range of motion, prehab all your joints, make your muscles long and strong to become the functional bad ass you were designed to be.
This Class is designed by Dr. Crispin Bracefield who is a fully registered Sports Chiropractor and movement specialist, who has a vast history of working with injuries, mobility issues and human performance.

This class will also give you an opportunity to discuss any niggles, old injuries or issues with movements you have.
Every Class will have a different focus between all the joints, muscles and neurology.

This class runs for approximately 40-45 mins

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT.

The Functional Movement Assessment is designed to take a better look at your body mechanics and how it can relate to you in the gym environment.

To be called a functional training gym we believe you should be assessing function first to understand if your member is ready for all of the exercises.

We want to know what is best for your training, so we can mitigate the risk of injury and maximise your results.

We take a joint by joint approach, we compare lefts with rights and see if you can control your movement before risking an injury in the gym environment.
