WHY FUNCTIONAL TRAINING?
We run 26 functional training classes per week that focus mobility, strength and fitness. By focusing on full body strength and fitness exercises you will you burn more calories and fire up your metabolism. Our mobility and activation exercises will keep you moving well and stay injury free.

IN THE BEGINNING

- Body measurements
- Professional before and after photos
- Set your goals for the challenge
- Testing day 10th November (must be able to make this date)
- Personalised nutrition plan based on your body scan & goals
- Weekly check-ins to track progress
- Attend a min of 3 training sessions at The Movement per week.
AT THE END
- We will retest your measurements and body scan
- After photos so you can visually see your improvements
- Personalised report with your results
- Testing day 15th December (must be able to make this date)
