STRENGTH & CONDITIONING 

Is our traditional class which starts with movement preparation, mobility drills then flows into some muscle /strength building and is finished off with a good conditioning piece to burn some calories and keep your metabolism fired up for the day.

S & C FITNESS

Starts with movement preparation as always to ensure you are safe to move well. We touch on one piece of strength training, and then we shift our focus to building your cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance… Bring a towel you will get sweaty!

STRENGTH + HIIT 

Starts with movement preparation and technique drills. The class is designed to build strong lean muscle. We finish this class with a short sharp high intensity-conditioning piece to tip the lactic acid scales off the charts and really spice up your heart rate.

LIFT WELL TECHNIQUE

This class is designed for the new members or those wanting to improve on safe and strong technique in the gym environment.

MOVE WELL MOBILITY 

This class is designed to increase your functional range of motion, prehab all of your joints, muscles and tissues to become the functional bad ass you are designed to be!
