MOBILITY AND RECOVERY
Our ‘Move Well’ mobility class is designed to increase your functional range of motion, prehab all your joints, and make your muscles long and strong to become the functional badass you were designed to be. Directors, Loui and Jordan, are both movement masters who hold industry-leading qualifications and have completed extensive training to work with and around injuries and mobility issues to improve our members’ mobility… not just in the gym, but in their everyday life.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Our strength and conditioning classes are a perfect blend of mobility, strength & conditioning. Programmed to start with a movement preparation to help mobilise and stabilise specific joints and tissue relevant to the muscle groups targeted on this training day. Followed by a structured strength block and finished with a conditioning workout to help increase your cardiovascular fitness.
MOBILITY AND FITNESS
This class is a combination of mobility and fitness that is designed to improve your overall fitness and help you work up a sweat. We start with a full body movement preparation with the intent of fully priming your body so that you are ready to take on a larger conditioning workout that will have a different focus every week. These classes challenge different energy systems so you continue to adapt and improve your overall fitness in the gym.
TEAM HIIT WORKOUT
This class is designed to build both friendships and fitness. These high-intensity conditioning team workouts are always filled with good vibes and are a great way to kick-start the weekend.
