Our fitness classes contain 3 essential elements:
1. MOBILITY.
All of our sessions start with a mobility and activation warm up to minimise risk of injury, get your muscles and joints feeling nice and supple before we get into the proper training session.
2. STRENGTH.
Next, we do functional strength training, focusing on moving with proper technique. Our coaches help find the right weight for you regardless if you are a power lifter or complete beginner.
3. FITNESS.
We finish our sessions with fitness training, this is different every day, to keep your metabolism fired up. We mix up up a range of functional exercises and movements to keep it fun, fast and interesting.
COACHING + COMMUNITY + FITNESS.
Legendary coaches, lovely people, epic workouts and a warm welcoming atmosphere is what you will find here. Workouts are strength and fitness based with a focus on functional movements (no machines…think more kettlebells & cross training).
