I’ve been a PT on the coast for a few years now so I’m lucky enough to spend my days surrounded by people growing, prioritising their health and building lifestyles they love so life is pretty good.

I grew up dancing before getting into functional training and dabbling in power lifting and CrossFit, so keeping my body mobile and strong has always been a top priority because I’m always finding new ways I want to move!

I love that I get to bring aspects from so many disciplines into my coaching to expand peoples knowledge and appreciation of their bodies and keep movement exciting no matter the goal
