Loui Fesolai is not just a Strength & Conditioning Coach with over 18 years of experience—he’s also an ex-international rugby 7s player and a father of two, which gives him a unique perspective on balancing the demands of athleticism with everyday life. As a Director at The Movement and Strength & Conditioning Coach at the Queensland Golf Performance Centre, Loui’s impact on the fitness community is broad, but his focus on individual results is what sets him apart.

Over the years, Loui has worked with a wide array of clients, from Olympians and Commonwealth Games athletes to seniors, children, and individuals with disabilities. His adaptable coaching style allows him to meet the needs of high-performance athletes, while also providing tailored programmes for everyday people seeking better health, strength, and mobility. Loui’s passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals, no matter where they start from, drives his client-centred approach. Loui specialises in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and applies this expertise to help his clients identify and rehabilitate unilateral asymmetries, optimise joint end-of-range health, and improve overall quality of movement. His method focuses on perfecting movement mechanics and strengthening weak areas before applying corrective strength patterning, enabling his clients to maximise energy output and minimise injury risk.
